This guarantee applies only while the software is still running on a temporary license
and within 30 days from purchase.
This 30-day Money Back guarantee does not apply to template documentations, audit
checklists, training materials, or any other products, whether purchased separately
or in the 'Complete System' package bundled together with the software.
How does the guarantee work?
The ISOXpress and DocXpress software is sold initially with a temporary license that expires in 60 days.
During this period, while the software is running on the temporary license, you can just
stop using the software and get a refund. You don't have to ship anything back to
us. Just send us an email or fax asking for a refund and we will give you your money
back right away. No questions asked.
What about other materials bundled with the software?
Template documentations, audit checklists, training materials and books are not covered by this return guarantee, because they are
MS Word or PDF files that cannot be disabled or otherwise protected against
copying.
When you purchase a 'Complete System' package and decide to return the ISOXpress software,
we will refund you the difference between what you paid for the 'Complete Package'
and the listed prices for the bundled products. In
this case you will also receive the stand-alone versions of the documentation and
the audit checklist.
For example, if you purchased the Net version of the 'Complete System' package for $990
and returned the ISOXpress software, you will get a refund of $543, e.g., $990-($290+$69+$49+$39).
