Our company has been using ISOXpress for about 4 years. I reviewed many QMS packages before deciding on ISOXpress. I have always been happy with my choice. The other employees here are equally happy with ISOXpress. The one thing that impresses me aside from the ease of use of the software itself is the support we have received. The one thing that sets AQA apart from its competitors is the outstanding support for the product. Every time I have had a question, I have received the answer promptly. During our upgrade to the new professional version we had a problem with the database conversion. Mr. Kanholm talked us through the issue and stayed on the phone with us the whole time until the problem was resolved. We had a special need for transfer of the database information during the upgrade and AQA responded immediately with a solution. These actions are what set AQA apart from the crowd – outstanding support before, during, and after the sale!

MSR-FSR management is thrilled with the speed and results of our QMS project, which was enabled and jump-started by your ISOXpress application and excellently-written templates. In customizing the documents for our company, I added a process map or diagram to the first page of each document. This was not a difficult task due to the simple and sensible organization of your templates, and I am hopeful that our employees will find them very user-friendly and actually use them more often in their daily activities.

Just wanted to let you know that we had our 13485 audit last week. We were recommended for certification – only a few minor non-conformances. IsoXpress was most helpful in us being able to achieve this in such a short time. The auditor mentioned that this is the second audit he has done recently where the company used the software.
