Quick FAQs

Are there any recurring monthly or annual fees?
No, there are no recurring fees of any kind. All software, upgrades, additional users, and options are one-time payment purchases. Technical support and updates are free.

The only item in this price list that is billed periodically is the SQL database hosting service (providing you with access from anywhere over the internet).
How does the per-seat (named user) license work?
The per-seat license is based on the number of individual users who have access to the software. For example, a 5-seat license allows you to install the software on 5 computers and set up 5 user accounts (login names and passwords). ISOXpress license is NOT a floating license.
Can a user install the software on more than one computer, a desktop and a laptop, for example?
Yes, any of the licensed users can also install the software on an additional computer.
How can I set up the software for access from anywhere over internet?
The best way is to get the SQL Database Option with the software and keep your data on a MS SQL Server with static IP address. SQL Server already has all the necessary network protocols and security, so client computers can connect directly to the SQL Server over the internet. If you don't have an SQL Server you can use the free SQL Express, which you can download from Microsoft web site.

Other options are to use our data hosting service ($39 per month), or to get the on-line, subscription version of ISOXpress.
Why do I need the SQL Database Option when I want to use your database hosting service?
The hosting service is based on cloud MS SQL Servers, and so the ISOXpress database must be of the MS SQL type to be compatible with the hosting service.
Can I move to the database hosting service after I already started using ISOXpress and populated my system with some documents and records? And what happens when I want to discontinue using the service?
Yes, you can move your data to our hosting service at any time. However, if you are using the default, file-type database, you must first purchase the SQL Database Option and transition your data to SQL format before we can host your database.

When you discontinue the service we will give you your database back so that you can install it on your own SQL Server, or convert it to file-type database.
Can I download the software immediately after purchasing?
Yes. At the end of the purchasing process you will be able to immediately download the software and install it on your server (computer).
Will I be able to download the software again later? For how long?
Yes. During the purchasing process you will get an account on the isoxp.com web site. To download the software again at any future time, just log in to your account and click the 'Purchases' button. There is no limit how long you will be able to access your account and download the software again.
Can I purchase the software on a purchase order?

Can I return the software if I am not satisfied?
Our return policies depend on the product (for details click here). In summary:
- The ISOXpress software is fully refundable when within 30 days from purchase and when is still unregistered and running on a temporary license;
- Subscriptions to on-line software and data hosting fees are not refundable;
- The template documentation, checklists, training materials, and PDF books are not refundable.
